Concierge Personal Exercise Training

We can’t over-emphasise how important exercise is for longevity, increasing your health span and decreasing your time spent in poor health.

For all of our clients on monthly or annual Concierge Preventive Health and Longevity Programs, we include a personal trainer and access to a private gym in London. At our other locations, we can offer personal trainers who will visit clients at their homes or in their regular gyms – whatever works best for their personal circumstances.

All of our clients get personalised nutritional recommendations at the end of their Preventive Health and Lifestyle Assessment.

Subscribers on our monthly or annual Concierge Preventive Health and Longevity Programs also get personalised diet plans, with weekly meal plans drawn up including recommendations for macro and micronutrients, personalised recommendations on sources of protein and daily protein requirements to help them achieve their goals.

We highly recommend fresh organic food. We offer plant, seafood, fowl or mammalian meat based diets depending on our clients’ preferences, health status and longevity goals.

The diet plans also include specific food weight and calorie counts, as well as recommendations on minerals, vitamins and micronutrients.

We take into consideration where our clients live, their food environment, as well as their religious and cultural beliefs.

Life Coaching

We include unlimited life coaching at no additional cost for all of our clients on monthly or annual Concierge Preventive Health and Longevity Programs.

We don’t just look at somatic health and disease. Holistic wellness and increasing health span depend on helping clients achieve all their life goals, so alongside concierge specialist medical care we work closely with our clients to help them optimise every aspect of their lives.

Lifestyle Prescription Drugs

We offer personalised recommendations and prescriptions where necessary for lifestyle drugs, including drugs to treat the following conditions:

– Erectile dysfunction (ED) – eg. tadalafil, sildenafil, vardenafil and avanafil
– Obesity – eg. semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro®)
– ADHD – eg. methylphenidate, lisdexamfetamine, dexamfetamine
– Sleep apnoea – eg. modafinil

Weight Loss Drugs

Obesity is one of the most common conditions we treat, but the biggest problem we see in clients who have taken weight loss drugs is that they look older, as they have lost too much muscle and collagen.

A recognised but poorly addressed consequence of using weight loss drugs without attention to their consequences is that patients become fatter. They body fat % increases as they lose more muscle than they do fat.

This can only be addressed by assessing clients’ regional body composition and skeletal muscle mass per limb before and during treatment, and combining weight loss drug administration with tailored skeletal muscle building programs through their Longevity IQ® personal trainer.

This is an are of our core expertise, and all clients on monthly or annual Concierge Preventive Health and Longevity Programs can undertake a personalised body transformation program which doesn’t just focus on their health span and longevity, it also focuses on helping them lose weight, get stronger, and both look and feel younger.

We offer the latest weight loss drugs, including semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro®). If clients need weight loss surgery, we work with some of the best bariatric surgeons in the world, but increasing skeletal muscle mass while losing fat is key to the uniqueness of the Longevity IQ® method.

Sleep Medications

For multiple reasons, people don’t sleep as well as they get older, and poor sleep is a common cause for poor concentration, occupational and relationship problems, as well as early onset of lifestyle related chronic diseases and reduced health span.

We focus on measuring sleep quality using recommended wearables and we pay considerable attention to improving sleep quality and duration with our clients on monthly or annual Concierge Preventive Health and Longevity Programs.

We take holistic measures to improve sleep including looking at nutritional factors, such as timing of eating, fasting periods, alcohol intake, timing of protein intake, and we use supplements and medications where necessary, including:

– Melatonin
– Magnesium threonate
– Magnesium bisglycinate
– Apigenin
– Theanine
– Glycine
– GABA
– Myo-inositol
– Phosphatidylserine

Performance Enhancing Drugs (PEDs) and Anabolic Steroids

We don’t recommend the use of performance enhancing drugs (PEDs) or anabolic steroids, but we recognise that many people take them. Their unsupervised use can lead to the loss of decades of healthy life, multiple organ failure and early death.

We have many clients who come to us for monitoring of their organ function, particularly their heart, liver, kidneys and HPA axis while they’re taking PEDs or steroids.

If you are taking any of these drugs, or you’re thinking about taking them, please contact us for a free initial consult.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is often secondary to potentially treatable conditions such as hypertension, peripheral vascular disease or diabetes. If the underlying cause can be identified and treated the problem can often be resolved without resorting to ED medication, but if it is required, we can provide prescriptions for all common ED medication, including:

– Tadalafil
– Sildenafil
– Vardenafil
– Avanafil

Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD) and Libido Loss

Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD) and libido loss are distressing problems that can affect anyone at any time. We work closely with clients to explore potential somatic health as well as emotional, occupational, environmental and other causes, but if HSDD is confirmed, we can offer clients infusions of kisspeptin, a peptide recently been found to be effective in research studies in both male and female patients with HSDD.

Kisspeptin treatment is only available in London as part of our HSDD research studies.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Aging is associated with progressive reductions in testosterone. Total testosterone falls at the rate of around 1.6% a year, while free and bioavailable levels fall by around 2-3% per year because of the age-related fall in sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), a glycoprotein made in the liver that tightly binds to sex hormones including testosterone.

Over a third of men over 45 have low testosterone. Testosterone levels fall more with increasing body fat. Age related falls in testosterone are associated with sarcopenia (age related loss of skeletal muscle mass and strength), loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, tiredness, depression and more.

We closely evaluate all of our clients for potentially low testosterone and its consequences, and offer carefully supervised testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) as injections, gels or patches to prevent and reverse the problems associated with low testosterone.

Skin Anti-Aging and Rejuvenation

We work closely with the best cosmetic surgeons and clinics if you are considering surgical or clinic based skin rejuvenation procedures and we can make sure you see the best specialist to help you achieve your goals.

We also offer prescription and medication based treatments to all our clients to help them avoid and reverse age related changes in their skin, including:

– Prescription grade retinoids and weaker strength retinols
– Advice on sunscreens and SPFs
– Advice on protective clothing
– Tretinoin

Dementia Prevention and Cognitive Enhancement

People with the Apolipoprotein E (APOE) e4 gene (APOE e4) have an increased inherited risk of developing late onset (after 65) dementia. People with one copy of the APOE e4 gene have a 2-3x greater risk of developing it, but people with two copies (one from each parent) have an 8-12x increased risk.

Early onset dementia (30-60 years) is strongly associated with inherited risk factors, particularly the genes Amyloid Precursor Protein (APP), Presenilin 1 (PSEN1), and Presenilin 2 (PSEN2). These lead to the production and deposition in the brain of too much amyloid-beta peptide, which clump together to form amyloid plaques, which are associated with early neuronal death and the hallmark changes of AD.

There are clinically detectable signs of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) in the brain up to 30 years before symptoms develop.

All clients undergoing our Preventive Health and Lifestyle Assessments undergo clinical tests for memory, cognition and brain health, and the more advanced tests include genomics testing and advanced MRI based brain imaging, which focus on investigating for early signs of AD, amyloid, CTE and other brain problems.

We offer evidence based multi-factorial strategies to help postpone the onset of symptoms and slow its progression, as well as FDA and NICE (UK) approved treatments, including:

– Donepezil
– Rivastigmine
– Memantine
– Lecanemab and Donanemab are not yet available in the UK, but we will offer them to clients as soon as they are

Vitamins and Minerals

We offer a range of bespoke infusions of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants for clients, including:
