FAQS
“How much time should I set aside for the Longevity IQ®️ program?”
Our most popular Longevity IQ®️ program takes three months, but we can tailor your program for the amount of time you have and your health and longevity goals. We offer programs from just a few hours to more than a year. Contact us for a free initial consultation with one of our Longevity IQ physicians if you’d like to talk things through.
“Can I join the program without undergoing an initial assessment?”
To provide the most effective longevity plan, we need to assess your current health status firs., so we regret that you can’t have a Longevity IQ®️ program without an initial health assessment. But don’t let that put you off. We tailor all our programs, and we’re sure we can build you one that’ll work for you.
